I want to  say “Thank You” for The Hunger Fix. I started following the program about 2 years ago, knowing that I was in need of one hip and 2 knee replacements. I’ve lost approx. 125 lbs over the past 2 years by eating REAL food and exercising in the pool several times a week. I had hip replacement 3 1/2 weeks ago and have just done amazingly well I KNOW that if I hadn’t taken off the weight and built up my strength thru exercise recovery would have been very difficult for me.
